I have been buying appliances for several years now (flipping houses) And I popped into Louies Appliance to see what they can do for me , Low and behold a young man named Peter stepped up to the plate and showed me about 50000 square feet of warehouse full of brand new and used appliances ( This guy really knew his stuff ) Anyway Peter sold me on a few items and gave me same day delivery and installation and all I can say is AWESOME !!!! They are my go to guys , and I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Louies Appliance – You guys ROCK !!!!

My spare refrigerator started making sounds more an more the last month or so – a compressor issue I was thinking. So I called my warranty company and Louie’s Appliance was assigned to come troubleshoot the matter. Today I got a call from Chris, who said he could be here in 1 1/2 hours to troubleshoot the problem. Chris arrived close to the time he said I could expect him, did a timely evaluation and confirmed it is the compressor going bad. Chris was beyond helpful – he was professional and courteous. Plus I learned how he was trained in depth on detergents and buying a product named Affresh would help keep my dishwasher healthier and performing better. Thank you Chris for a great customer service experience!

I had purchased a refrigerator about 5 yrs ago, and it has worked perfectly ever since then. When our dryer died on January 8th, we had a lot of clothes to be washed and dried; I remembered where i got my refrigerator and called Dave, the General Manager, to see his inventory.
We chose the Whirlpool Cabrio series and we’re able to have it delivered the next day. All was fine and we began to attack the piles of dirty clothes. But then we had a problem, the dryer couldn’t dry the clothes. We checked on line to see what could be the problem; it turned out to be sensors for how dry the clothes were. Very frustrated and had to lug all the clothes to the laundrymat.
I met with Dave on Monday, Jan. 11th; he suggested we look at the Maytag series, and assured us there would be no problem’s. He had the Whirlpool picked up and replaced with the Maytag series. All was great! He never tried to have the dryer serviced, but felt the we would like the Maytag. No additional charges for delivery; just wanted us to be happy! He even gave us the $11.70 we paid at the laundry mat..
No one should think twice when they need appliance’s. BUY FROM LOUIES APPLIANCE! Ask for Dave; he’ll treat you right.

I called Louie’s for service on a washer I’d bought from them about a year ago. They took my info and I got a call back within 24 hours – not to set an appointment for the future, but to come out right then and fix it. The tech, Joey, was professional, friendly, and very polite. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed right then and there. Fairly priced, customer oriented, and all around nice people! I’m really glad I found them!

Recently had Louie’s service my dishwasher. Chris came out next day, diagnosed the initial problem only to discover a few others. He went above and beyond. I hope there will not be a next time (like for my fridge or washing machine, etc) but If there is I will be calling for Chris from Louie’s to come fix it.

Excellent customer service!! I purchased a refrigerator last Saturday. They delivered same day. Unfortunately the fridge was not maintaining the correct temp. I called to report the problem and they had someone out the same day. Long story short, they were not able to fix the problem so they replaced my fridge and apologized for the non working one, and delivered the same day I picked out the replacement. I am happy to say it is working perfectly! Thanks Dave, you rock!!

I looked at many appliance stores this week…..was just needing a refrigerator for my garage. Nothing special. I picked one out and it was delivered on time and all the guys were very friendly and professional! That evening our fridge stopped working. We simply called the next morning when they opened and the immediately sent someone out with a new fridge. No questions asked. They even worked around my busy schedule and delivered exactly when they said they would. I would highly recommend this store!!!!!

My Maytag Performa washer stopped working and I called around to try and get it serviced. I was going to have another company come out and take care of it, but then they took forever and ended up saying that they would have to come out the next day. After talking with Dave from Louies, he was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. I headed down to the store and they showed me how to swap out the part I needed. Long story short, I did the job myself with their guidance and saved some green! Thanks for the awesome customer support!

Great service! We bought a HE washer Whirlpool brand got it home and got an error code that said it wasn’t filling fast enough. Called the store and they said that was sometimes a problem with that brand and delivered a different machine ( more expensive) model that afternoon for no additional charge! Can’t ask for better than that!

I purchased a french door fridge from louies appliance and had been looking for a while , When I finally decided to buy one they had a PERFECT match to what I was looking for , The sales team there was encouraging , but not pushy , experienced and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE , Overall I had to of saved at least $2000.00 over buying from a large retailer ….I want to thank Doug (one of the owners) for all that they did for me and the way it was delivered (All wrapped up in shrink wrap) … Thank you louies appliance you guys rock!!!
